Return policy and right of withdrawal

1. Who sells these products

To exercise your right of withdrawal or for any question about your order, write to us through the contact form, noting your order number.

2. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the order, with no need to justify your decision.

To exercise it, simply notify us unambiguously (for example, by email through the contact form) before the deadline ends. You may also use the model withdrawal form in Annex B of Directive 2011/83/EU, although it isn't mandatory.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, nor to products that are personalized or made to your specifications, when indicated on the product page.

4. How to return your order and who pays for shipping

Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days to return the product to us. The direct cost of the return is your responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error, in which case we cover it.

You are responsible for any decrease in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

5. Refund timeline and method

We'll refund the amount paid, including the initial shipping cost (except for any extra cost from a non-standard shipping method you chose), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we're informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back, or until you provide proof of its return, whichever comes first.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to something different, and it never costs you anything extra for the return itself.

6. Legal warranty of conformity

Separately from withdrawal, all products carry the 3-year legal warranty of conformity provided for goods under Spanish and European consumer regulations. If a product arrives defective or doesn't match what was advertised, contact us and we'll resolve it through repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, as appropriate.

7. Prices, VAT, and shipping costs

• All prices shown in the store include applicable VAT.
• Shipping costs are shown separately and calculated before you confirm payment; hidden charges are never added afterward.
