1. What the Service offers

Astroteca is an online astrology platform that offers:

• Free birth chart: an astronomical calculation of your birth chart from your birth date, time, and place, delivered as a PDF to the email you provide.
• Personalized analysis: a written interpretation of your birth chart generated with AI trained on astrological literature, sold as a single-use digital product (one analysis per credit).
• Chat about your chart: a conversation with an AI assistant that uses your birth chart and your analysis as context. Charged in individual message credits.

2. Nature of the content

The astrological content offered by the Service is informational, recreational, and intended for self-knowledge. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice or diagnosis of any kind. Important decisions in your life should be made with qualified professionals in each field.

Analyses are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or imprecise interpretations. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or specific effects.

Before generating an analysis and before starting a chat, we ask you to check a consent box confirming that you've read and accept this notice: the content is generated by artificial intelligence and does not constitute professional advice. Without that acceptance, the analysis isn't generated and the chat doesn't start. You can review the exact wording of the notice at that moment.

3. Minimum age and capacity

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to register and/or make purchases. If you're a minor, you may use the free birth chart generation only with authorization from your legal guardian.

4. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed through Stripe. We don't store your card details.
• Our products are digital and immediately fulfilled: once an analysis is generated or credits are added to your account, refunds aren't accepted, except for an error on our part (for example, a technical failure that prevented delivery).
• If you had a problem with a purchase, write to us through the contact form and we'll resolve it in good faith.

5. Account and acceptable use

By creating an account, you're responsible for keeping your access confidential and for activity carried out from it. You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities, or activities that violate third parties' rights.
• Attempt to access other people's accounts, private data, or the Service's infrastructure.
• Automate the mass generation of charts or analyses for purposes other than personal use.

6. Intellectual property

Content generated for you (analyses and chats) is for your personal use. You may share and quote it, but you may not resell it or offer it as a service of your own.

The brand, code, design, and materials of Astroteca are the property of their owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll notify you by email when changes affect existing purchases or your account.

8. Limitation of liability

Astroteca is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on the astrological content produced. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
